Eligible patients are entered in Florida's Medical Marijuana Use Registry and then complete the state ID process.
Do I qualify?
Florida law identifies specific qualifying conditions and also includes certain comparable debilitating conditions, terminal conditions and chronic nonmalignant pain under defined circumstances. A qualified physician must determine eligibility.
